SYSTEMA S.p.A., a leading Company in the development and supply of products and solutions for heating and cooling by absorption for several industries domains, sees the Rosehope group reaching a 54% majority in the Company's shareholding and the appointment of Tighe Noonan, Director of Rosehope, as Chairman of the Board of Directors..

The appointment of David Bassi as Chief Operative Officer and Michele Iandolo as Sales and Marketing Manager is part of this renewed organizational structure.

Andrea Barbieri will act as Business Advisor to the Chairman.

Tighe Noonan, underlining the consolidated capabilities of SYSTEMA S.p.A. as well as the great potential of the technical expertise, presented the organizational structure to all the workers united but well-spaced at the Loreggia (PD) site.
